Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot your password?", enter your account email, and follow the link we send. Links expire after one hour; check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Where are my PDF exports? When you tap "PDF" on a measurement, the app opens the share sheet so you can save the file to Files or Drive, print it, or send it over WhatsApp or email.

Can I use Trackseam on more than one device? Yes. Sign in with the same account on Android, iPhone or the web; your records are stored in your account, not on the device.

How do I delete my account? In the app open Account → Delete account, or use the account deletion page. This permanently removes your account, clients and measurements.
