Delete your Trackseam account
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your account (shop name, email address and password);
- every client you registered, with their contact details and notes;
- every measurement record.
Data is removed from our live database immediately; encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. PDF files you already exported to your device are not affected. You can also delete your account from inside the app under Account → Delete account.
Can't sign in? Email contact@trackseam.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account.
